Discount rules applied in the selection, but not in the registration page:
We have found that, depending on the browser type and configuration, the discount rules per learning program membership or per simultaneous registration for several activities in the same program were not consistently applied. The applicable discounts were visible in your “selection”, but disappeared on the registration page summary.
This bug is currently being resolved.
Solutions:
- Use another browser
- Proceed to registration by ticking payment by bank transfer, DO NOT PAY THE INVOICE you receive with the registration confirmation, BUT reply to the confirmation e-mail indicating “RECALCULATE DISCOUNT(S) PLEASE”. We will make the correction and send you the corrected invoice.
Logged-in users only: Display “from 0.00” on pages listing various activities.
Correct prices are displayed on the activity page.
Unable to enroll: Error message “Sorry, your enrollment requires a shipping option.
RESOLVED
When using a non-Chromium-based browser such as Safari or Firefox, the error message “Sorry, your enrollment requires a shipping option” is displayed when proceeding to enrollment, making the registration impossible.
Solution:
- Use a Chromium-based browser (Brave, Chrome, Edge).
- We have temporarily modified the retention time for enrollment drafts. Contact us using the e-mail address given on the enrollment draft, and we’ll validate it subject to subsequent payment.
